Carolina Drake

Carolina Drake is a Miami-based arts and culture journalist with extensive freelance experience, contributing to notable publications such as the Art Newspaper, Financial Times, Artnews, Hyperallergic, and BBC Travel since January 2024. Additionally, Carolina has worked at Hyperallergic as an arts and culture journalist since 2015 and has been a middle school teacher at Manhattan Country School since May 2017, as well as a teacher at Ransom Everglades School since August 2021. Carolina holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Art from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and English Literature, along with a Master's degree in Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
