Damone Phanavong

Damone Phanavong is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Benchmark since April 2008 and at Rantec Power Systems, Inc. since February 2019. Previously, Damone held the position of Process Development Engineer at Flextronics from August 2004 to October 2008, focusing on research and development in PCB assembly. Damone holds two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
