Anna Urombi

Anna Urombi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Secretary General at Raoul Wallenberg Academy since August 2022, Anna also holds the position of Chairwoman at Our Normal, an initiative aimed at enriching the lives of families with children with special needs. Previously, Anna served as Corporate Partnership Manager for Yrkesdörren at both Axel Johnson and Axfoundation, focusing on diversity and inclusion in the Swedish labor market. As CEO and Co-founder of Addtruly AB, Anna led a startup in Gothenburg. Additional roles include expertise in diversity consulting and management analysis at various reputable organizations, including Ramboll Management Consulting and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Global Studies and another in International Economy and Relations, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
