Kathryn R. Meintsma, MS, JD, serves as Principal Attorney at HealthRoad Legal PLLC since May 2018, providing strategic consulting and legal services to medical device and health technology start-ups. In addition, Kathryn functions as Compliance Officer for Rapid Medical and previously served in similar roles at Zerigo Health and OneOme. With extensive experience in sales and marketing strategy, commercial compliance, and general counsel, Kathryn also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
