Dawn Cerrato

Dawn Cerrato has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Dawn most recently worked as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, Analytics, and Enablement at Rapid Micro Biosystems starting in 2022.

Prior to that, Dawn held multiple roles at Southern New Hampshire University, starting in 2013. Dawn served as the Director of Experiential Learning and Professional Sales Program, where they built over 400 employer partnerships and developed the Professional Sales Program. Dawn also taught, coached, and mentored sales students, and created and led various sales competitions and the Connection Sales Lab. Dawn also worked as the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Corporate Partnerships and the Associate Director of Career Services during their time at Southern New Hampshire University.

Before joining Southern New Hampshire University, Dawn worked at Synergy Management Associates as the Director of Management Consulting and Talent. In this role, they worked with clients from various industries and delivered process, operations, and organizational development solutions for sales, operations, and marketing. Dawn also provided sales, leadership, and marketing training, resulting in improved sales and productivity.

Dawn also has experience as a Senior Sales, Operations, and Management Consultant at Next Day Floors, and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Merchants Fleet Management. In addition, they worked as the Director of Member Retention, Communications, and Operations for all retail groups at CCA Global Partners, and as a Principal HR Generalist and OD Consultant for IT Services at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Throughout their career, Dawn has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise in sales and operations, and a focus on professional development and partnership building.

Dawn Cerrato has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from La Salle University, where they focused on Business Management and Human Resources. Dawn also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University, with a concentration in Business and Human Resources. In addition, Dawn has obtained several certifications, including an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University, an MBTI and Strong Interest Certification from CPP, Inc., and an Organizational Development Certificate from Linkage, Inc.
