Sam W. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Beginning in 2023, Sam worked as a Sales Engineer at Rapid Recon. Prior to that, in 2022, Sam held the position of Performance Manager at the same company. From 2020 to 2022, Sam worked at Vroom, first as a Remote Reconditioning Manager and then as a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead - Northeast Regional Recon Support Manager. In 2019, Sam worked at Manheim as a Body Shop Manager and Recon Body Shop Supervisor. Before that, from 2018 to 2019, Sam was an Auto Damage Appraiser at Frontline Appraisals. Continuing back in time, from 2017 to 2018, Sam worked as a Physical Damage Senior Claims Field Adjuster at American Family Insurance, and from 2014 to 2017, Sam held the roles of Auto Field Adjuster and Property Field Adjuster at Allstate. Prior to Allstate, from 2012 to 2014, Sam served as the Inspection/Reconditioning Center General Manager at DriveTime, and from 2007 to 2012, Sam was a Technician Reconditioning/Production Manager at CarMax. Lastly, from 2003 to 2006, Sam worked as a Fleet Advisor at Donlen Corporation.

Sam W. began their education journey in 1996 at Lincoln Tech - Melrose Park where they studied Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. This phase of their education lasted until 1997.
