Erin Veneziano, SHRM-CP, CSM, has over a decade of experience in Human Resources and People Operations. Erin began their career in 2007 as Sales Director and Executive Producer at The Go Game. In 2010, they joined SOLARCITY, INC. as a Contract Verification Analyst. In 2011, they became Training Director at Cprime, Inc. and in 2013, they joined Jawbone as a Content Management System Consultant. Later that year, they joined Trace3 - Kaiser Permanente as a Business Analyst and Process Engineer - Change Management. In 2015, they became a Sr. Project Manager at World Wide Technology and in 2016, they joined Fictiv as a Human Resources Business Partner/PeopleOps Business Partner. In 2021, they became Director of People Operations at both Rapid Robotics, Inc. and Jyve Corporation.

Erin Veneziano holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University, where they studied Biology and Religious Studies from 1999 to 2003. In 2002, they also attended Hong Kong Baptist University. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they obtained a Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System certification from LinkedIn, as well as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
