Mustafa Abdaal

Mustafa Abdaal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mustafa currently serves as the Customer Program Manager at Rapid Silicon, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at the same company from July 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Rapid Silicon, Mustafa was a Solutions Engineering - R&D Intern at JJ EC from October 2020 to January 2021. In this role, they designed technical solutions to automate operations and create client graphs using Python scripts. Additionally, they conducted onsite air testing procedures. Prior to that, Mustafa worked as a Technical Support - R&D Intern at DFRobot from December 2019 to February 2020, where they conducted product tests and created educational projects. Mustafa also gained experience as a New Ventures - Business Development Intern at Engro Corp in July 2019, where they proposed a hybrid power plant solution. Mustafa's work experience also includes an internship as an Embedded Software Intern at EcoEnergy in 2019, where they designed a monitoring hardware system. Mustafa started their career as a Finance & Strategy Intern at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan in July 2018, where they worked on financial statements and brainstormed investment ideas. Mustafa Abdaal completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Systems Engineering from NYU Shanghai, from the year 2016 to 2020. Mustafa also participated in a Study Abroad Program at NYU Tandon School of Engineering from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they pursued a Chinese Language Program at East China Normal University.

In terms of additional certifications, Mustafa obtained a Professional Certificate in Tiny Machine Learning (TinyML) from HarvardX in March 2022. Mustafa also obtained the HSK 4 (Chinese Proficiency Test - Level 4) certification from the Confucius Institute Headquarters in December 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the HSKK Intermediate (Chinese Proficiency Speaking Test - Intermediate) certification in July 2021, and the HSK 3 (Chinese Proficiency Test - Level 3) certification in February 2021. Additionally, they earned a Python Certificate from HackerRank in September 2020. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree from New York University in May 2020.
