Dani Kamanovsky

Dani Kamanovsky has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Dani is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Rapid7 since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Minerva Labs, which was acquired by Rapid7, including VP of R&D from 2020 to 2023, R&D Manager from 2016 to 2020, and Software Engineer from 2014 to 2016, where they developed a unique anti-malware endpoint solution. Before joining Minerva Labs, Dani worked as a Software Engineer at both SentinelOne and CyberArk Software, where they developed software solutions for privileged session management and conducted security analysis. Dani also worked as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Systems Integration Engineer at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd, where they developed large-scale C2 systems and integrated software systems. Prior to that, Dani worked as an IT Systems Consultant at Ness Technologies and as an Information System Security & Software Engineer in the Israel Air Force. Dani started their career as a Software Support Specialist at The Center for Educational Technology.

Dani Kamanovsky's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Beit-HaSefer LeHandesaim and completed their high school education in 1999. In the year 2000, Dani attended the IDF Programming Course (Mamram, Basmach) which focused on software development. From 2004 to 2008, Dani studied at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, majoring in Computer Engineering with a focus on the CS department. They obtained a B.Sc. degree during their time at Technion.
