Kathy Johnson

Kathy Johnson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kathy most recently worked at Rapid7 as a Sr. Channel Account Manager starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Channel Account Manager at Mimecast from August 2021 to February 2022, and at Forcepoint from March 2020 to August 2021.

Before their roles as a Channel Account Manager, Kathy held multiple positions at Insight. From May 2019 to March 2020, they served as a National Partner Manager- Symantec, and from October 2018 to March 2020, they were a National Practice Manager- Palo Alto Networks. In addition, they worked as a Regional Security Manager- TOLA from May 2018 to October 2018. At Insight, Kathy focused on expanding security sales and managing relationships with security vendors.

Prior to Insight, Kathy worked as a Channel Account Manager at Palo Alto Networks from November 2015 to April 2018. Kathy also had a tenure at Intel Security as a National Channel Manager from April 2014 to November 2015, and as a Senior Business Development Manager from January 2013 to April 2014.

Kathy began their career as a Marketing Manager at Turano Finglass United from October 2010 to June 2012, and as a Leasing Consultant at Camden Trust Property's from April 2010 to November 2010. Kathy also gained experience in Game Operations at the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club from May 2009 to September 2009.

Kathy Johnson started their education in 2005 at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied for four years until 2009. During this time, they did not specify a particular degree or field of study. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, Kathy attended Northwest Vista College, focusing on marketing. Apart from their formal education, Kathy obtained various certifications in the field of sales and technology, including the "Accredited Sales Executive (ASE): Endpoint Associate" and "Accredited Sales Executive (ASE): Foundation Accreditation Exam" from Palo Alto Networks in May 2018. Kathy also obtained the "Symantec Certified Specialist - Endpoint Protection 14" certification from Symantec during the same month and year.
