Matthew Parker has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and customer service industry. Matthew most recently worked at Rapid7 as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Creativemass, where they held multiple positions, including IT and Security Project Delivery Lead from April 2021 to August 2022, and Head of Customer Success from July 2021 to April 2022. Matthew also served as a Service Delivery Manager at Harbour IT from April 2016 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, they held several positions at Dimension Data Australia, including Client Services Manager, Manager of Monitoring, Team Leader of Monitoring, and Level 2 Engineer of Monitoring. Matthew worked there from 2004 to 2016. Matthew's professional journey began at MYOB in 2003, where they worked as a Customer Support representative. Matthew'sfirst significant role was at Spotless Services, where they served as the Manager of Bars & Lounges at Docklands Stadium in Melbourne from December 1999 to November 2000.

Matthew Parker started their education in 2001 at Box Hill Institute, where they completed a Diploma in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Engineering. During the same year, they also obtained a CCNA certification from BHT, specifically in Cisco Network Academy. Furthermore, in July 2020, Matthew received a certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Pearson VUE.
