Nicola started in 2010 as an Education Consultant at Pearson, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets and demonstrating educational products. In 2012, they worked as an International Sales Executive at HarperCollins Publishers. From 2014 to 2018, Nicola worked at AISTEMOS Limited as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and training. Nicola then joined Digital Shadows in 2018 and held various roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Head of Customer Success - EMEA & APAC. Their most recent position is at Rapid7, where they currently serve as the Senior Manager of Customer Success.
