Sam Evans has a diverse work experience in sales and account management. Sam started their career as an Account Manager at Potomac Business Solutions, where they managed a Xerox sales territory and cultivated new business accounts. Sam then moved on to Corporate Executive Board, where they held roles as an FS Account Management Specialist and later as an FS Account Management Representative, utilizing their knowledge of account management and effective calendar management to support sales cycle success. Sam then worked as a Web Consultant at Neptune Web, a full-service interactive web agency, and consulting firm. Following that, they joined Acquia as an Account Manager, where they handled public sector accounts before being promoted to Senior Account Manager for Key Accounts. Sam'smost recent role is as a Strategic Customer Success Manager - Tier 1 at Rapid7. Overall, Sam has extensive experience in account management and customer success, working with a variety of clients in different industries.

Sam Evans attended Colgate University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. In addition to their formal education, Sam has obtained various certifications from Rapid7, including the titles of InsightAppSec Certified Specialist, InsightIDR Certified Specialist, and InsightVM Certified Administrator. Sam obtained these certifications in November 2020 (InsightAppSec and InsightIDR) and March 2020 (InsightVM).
