Diane Merrick

Diane Merrick has extensive work experience in marketing, spanning over several companies and roles. Diane currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing at RapidAI since June 2019.

Prior to this, Diane served as the Vice President of Marketing at Serviceaide, Inc from December 2017 to May 2019. Diane'sresponsibilities included overseeing all aspects of marketing such as branding, corporate marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, PR, and AR.

From 2013 to 2017, Diane was the Vice President of Marketing at Teradici, where they managed various marketing activities including product marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, PR, analyst relations, sales enablement, and branding.

Diane spent a significant portion of their career at Cisco, where they held multiple roles. Diane was the Senior Director of Marketing and was responsible for marketing communications, sales enablement, and digital marketing activities for Cisco Services. Additionally, they held the positions of Director, Integrated Marketing Communications; Director, Service Provider Marketing Communications; Senior Manager, Corporate Communications; and Manager, International Communications. In these roles, Diane played a key role in building a strategic communications organization, globalizing corporate programs, creating successful marketing campaigns, and bolstering customer loyalty globally.

Diane started their career at Sun Microsystems, holding positions such as Manager, International Marketing Communications and Marketing Communications Manager. During this time, they drove global advertising campaigns, facilitated successful product launches, and managed various marketing activities including advertising, PR, direct response, and event planning.

Diane Merrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Structural Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Diane has additional certifications in Intent Based Marketing Leadership Program from TechTarget and is also a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.).
