Katie Lunsford

Katie Lunsford has a diverse work experience with a background in healthcare and customer operations. Katie is currently employed at RapidAI since 2019, holding various roles. As the Manager of Customer Operations, they oversee operations in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Prior to this, they were a Senior Implementation Manager and an Implementation Manager, responsible for managing product implementation processes and ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Before joining RapidAI, Katie worked at St. Luke's Health System for over a decade. In their role as the Neuro Intervention Stroke Coordinator, they developed and implemented the RAPID program and played a significant role in achieving TSE Level 1 and TJC Stroke Certification. Additionally, they served as the Lead CT Technologist, where they successfully grew and developed the Interventional CT program and contributed to the implementation of the Pediatric Trauma Team program.

In addition to their degrees, Katie also holds certifications as a Certified Radiologic Technologist from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
