Erik Cerbulis has a strong background in technical support and management. Erik is currently the Head of Support at RapidDeploy since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Technical Support Specialist at RapidDeploy from December 2020 to July 2022. Before joining RapidDeploy, Erik worked at CentralSquare Technologies as a Product Support Manager from July 2018 to October 2020. Erik also served as a Product Support Team Lead at Superion from April 2016 to July 2018. Erik's earlier experience includes roles such as Product Support Advisor and Support Analyst III at SunGard Public Sector from April 2006 to April 2016 and May 2002 to March 2006, respectively. Erik began their career at Lake Mary Police Department as a Senior Emergency Communications Operator from May 1992 to April 2002.
Erik Cerbulis holds a Masters degree in Information Technology Management from Webster University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Public Administration at the University of Central Florida from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Erik has also obtained certifications in various areas such as Communicating with Empathy, Customer Service Foundations, and Lean Management.
