Sharon Fass

Sharon Fass is an experienced professional in training and product knowledge, currently serving as Manager of Product Knowledge and Training at RapidDeploy since August 2020. In this role, Sharon has been instrumental in the implementation of the company's Learning Management System (LMS), Docebo, overseeing various administrative functions including course creation and user management. Prior to RapidDeploy, Sharon held the position of Manager of Training at VisionWeb, where responsibilities included delivering training and developing curriculum for SAAS PM and EHR applications.
