Sinan Midillili

Sinan Midillili has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2009, they completed an internship at Teradata, and in 2011, they had a similar experience at NCR. From 2013 to 2014, Midillili worked as a Python Backend Developer at Hipo, where they designed and developed backend microservices for various third-party companies. Sinan also created food-truck tracking applications and backend services for Toronto during this time. In 2014, they joined mobilike as a Backend Developer, responsible for engineering the backend services for retrieving uploaded ad media. Midillili then co-founded StuBridge in 2014 and served as the CTO, designing, engineering, and maintaining the app stack for sharing and selling class notes and private tutoring sessions. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at scrunch, designing and building the app database and scalable microservices. At InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) from 2017 to 2018, Midillili held the role of Software Engineer and was involved in architectural design, backend development, and automation implementation. Sinan joined SeaTec Consulting Inc. in 2018 as a Principal Software Engineer, undertaking software engineering tasks. Most recently, Midillili joined RapidSOS as a Senior Software Engineer in 2022.

Sinan Midillili completed their International Baccalaureate from Eyuboglu Egitim Kurumlari between the years 2001 and 2007. During this time, they focused on high level Chemistry, high level English, and high level Turkish. After that, they attended Isik University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) with a scholarship in Computer Engineering.
