Troy V. Cordle, ENP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1985, they served in the US Army as an Air Defense 16-P Chapparel until 1989. From 1989 to 1992, they also served in the Nebraska National Guard as a Specialist 4 in mechanized Infantry. In 2001, they joined the Farmers Co-op as a Tire Manager until 2003.

In 2003, Cordle began their career in emergency services, first working as a Senior Dispatcher at the Lincoln Emergency Communications Center for ten years. Simultaneously, they became a board member of the Nebraska Emergency Service Communication Association (NESCA) in 2003, where they stayed until further notice. Additionally, Cordle served as an Instructor/Presenter for conferences and training courses related to 911/Emergency communications throughout Nebraska.

In 2013, they became a 911 Dispatcher at the Grand Island Emergency Center until 2016. During this time, Cordle took on additional responsibilities as Interim President/Treasurer/Event Coordinator for NESCA. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as the State 911 Field Coordinator at Nebraska Public Service Commission, where they served as a state trainer and developer of statewide credentialing and minimum training standards for Communication Centers. Troy V. also acted as a liaison for 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs).

In 2019, Cordle joined RapidSOS as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Later, they were promoted to Lead ECC Engagement Manager, where they focused on engaging with Emergency Communications Centers.

Cordle's work experience also extends beyond emergency services. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a town councilman for Garland, NE, actively participating in decision-making processes for town expenditures and laws. Overall, Troy V. Troy V. Cordle, ENP has a diverse education history. Troy V. first pursued their education in the United States Army from 1985 to 1991. During their time in the army, they obtained the rank of Corporal and focused on studying Air Defense Systems. Following their military service, Troy attended Peru State College from 1989 to 1990. Although they did not earn a degree during this period, their field of study at Peru State College was Physical Education Teaching and Coaching.
