Bruce Mutaurwa

Bruce Mutaurwa is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Rapidus Consulting since September 2022, Bruce previously held the position of Senior Civil Engineer at KITSO BOTLHALE CONSULTING ENGINEERS from August 2017 to August 2022. Bruce's earlier roles include Lead Engineer for Roads and Stormwater at LTE Consulting (Pty) Ltd, and Deputy Chief Engineer at the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Engineering from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology. Additional experience spans various engineering roles in local government and consulting firms, highlighting expertise in geometric and pavement design, as well as stormwater management.
