Bharat Bala

Bharat Bala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bharat currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer - Lending at Rapipay Fintech Private Limited, focusing on building the company's digital lending for business loans. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at the same company, where they developed the playbook for their foray into digital lending.

Before joining Rapipay, Bharat was an Entrepreneur In Residence (Mergers and Acquisitions) at OfBusiness and an Entrepreneur In Residence at Ninjacart. Bharat also worked as a Chief Problem Solving Officer in the consulting industry.

Bharat's previous experience includes serving as the MD & COO of Just Buy Live Enterprise Pvt Ltd, where they led India's first B2R startup, raised funding, built brand tie-ups, and developed a seamless end-to-end supply chain. Bharat also worked as a Director at Focus Consultancy and Services Pvt Ltd, where they managed one of India's oldest distributors of BFSI products and controlled a large mortgage portfolio.

Bharat Bala completed their high school education at Bishops School Pune from 1986 to 1995, where they obtained their 10th grade degree. From 1995 to 1997, they attended Loyola High School and Junior College in Pune, completing their 12th grade education. Finally, from 1997 to 2002, Bharat Bala studied at BKPS College of Architecture in Pune, acquiring a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
