Sandeep Rastogi

Sandeep Rastogi is the Business Head of Neo Banking at Rapipay. Sandeep has over 20 years of experience in the financial technology industry. Prior to joining Rapipay, they were the Vice President of Enterprise Sales and New Initiatives at Open Financial Technologies from March 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for team management, setup fees collection, enterprise sales, merchant on-boarding, and merchant acquisition. Sandeep also managed the relationships with resellers and Super-Sellers.

Rastogi has a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing teams. Sandeep is an expert in setting up KPIs and incentive structures that motivate teams to achieve their targets. Sandeep is also skilled in management reporting and pitching new initiatives to stakeholders.

Under Rastogi's leadership, Rapipay has seen significant growth in merchant acquisition numbers, transactions, and GMV. Sandeep has also helped the company to achieve profitability by managing the balance between acquisition cost and revenue. Rastogi is committed to ensuring that products and services are delivered to merchants as per commitments, and that all sales channels perform to their full potential.

Sandeep Rastogi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the New Delhi Institute Of Management, where they specialized in finance and marketing. Sandeep also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in economics from V.B.S Purvanchal University.
