Martin Gladwin

Martin Gladwin has over 30 years of experience in the field of asset management and consultancy services for the housing sector. Currently, they serve as the Senior Associate and Head of Housing Consultancy at Rapleys Building Consultancy, where they lead a team providing a wide range of asset management services to clients in the public sector housing sector across the UK. Prior to this, Martin worked as an Associate Property Consultant at Ridge and Partners LLP, offering consultancy services to housing associations, local authorities, and ALMO clients. Martin also gained extensive experience as the Head of Asset Management at Plus Dane Group, overseeing strategic asset management work and managing asset portfolios across Merseyside and Cheshire. Earlier in their career, Martin worked as an Associate Director at Savills and as a Building Surveyor at Hunter & Partners.

Martin Gladwin attended the University of Greenwich from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying. Martin'sfield of study focused on Building Surveying during their time at the university.
