Nick Fell

Nick Fell has a strong background in the real estate industry, with experience in various roles spanning over the past two decades. Nick is currently working at Rapleys as the Head of Residential Division and a Partner since February 2015. Prior to Rapleys, Nick worked at Strettons Chartered Surveyors as an Associate Director from April 2005 to January 2015. Before that, they held the position of Land Agent at Bellhouse Joseph from October 2004 to March 2005. Nick began their career at the BBC as an Assistant Project Manager in January 2004 and left in August of the same year. Nick'swork experience showcases their expertise and long-term commitment to the real estate sector.

Nick Fell obtained a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University in 2003. In 2005, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development & Planning at London South Bank University. That same year, Fell also attended the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, where they earned the title of Chartered Surveyor and specialized in Development Valuation between 2005 and 2007.
