Lucas Catalan Galan

Lucas Catalan Galan has a vast work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Lucas currently holds the position of SVP Data Science R&D at RAPP since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Data Science Product at RAPP from January 2022 to June 2023. Before joining RAPP, Lucas worked as the Head of Applied Data Science at Flamingo from October 2017 to December 2021. Lucas also held the position of Head of Analytics Design & Productization at W2O Group from November 2015 to October 2017. Lucas has worked at WCG, a W2O Company, where they served as the Director of Analytics from April 2014 to November 2015 and Senior Manager of Analytics from June 2013 to April 2014. Lucas also worked as an Insight Director at Salience Insight from January 2013 to June 2013. Prior to that, Lucas served as an Associate Director of Research & Insight and Account Director at Report International from May 2011 to December 2012 and June 2010 to May 2011, respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Research Analyst at The Walt Disney Company from November 2008 to June 2010 and as a Consultant Analyst at Cision from October 2005 to November 2008.

Lucas Catalan Galan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Warwick from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended SGBIS from 1997 to 2002. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications, including courses on game design and development, generative adversarial networks (GANs), image understanding with TensorFlow, natural language processing in TensorFlow, and introduction to TensorFlow from Coursera between 2020 and 2022.
