Matthias Haber

Matthias Haber has a diverse work experience in the field of data and analytics. Matthias currently holds the position of Data Lead at RAPP and team x (Omnicom), where they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Hertie School since November 2021. Matthias gained significant experience at LOOPING GROUP, where they served as Partner Data & Analytics from May 2021 to May 2023, Head of Data from January 2019 to April 2021, and Senior Data Scientist from January to December 2018. Before joining LOOPING GROUP, they were a Research Scientist at Hertie School of Governance from May 2015 to December 2017. Their early career included a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim from September 2010 to May 2015.

Matthias Haber received their Bachelor's degree in Politics and Linguistics from the University of Potsdam in 2009. Matthias then pursued a Master's degree at the University of Essex from 2009 to 2010. After that, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Economy at the University of Mannheim from 2010 to 2015. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Data Manipulation at Scale: Systems and Algorithms from Coursera Course Certificates.
