Tom Weaver

Tom Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning various creative roles. Tom started their career as a Sign Shop Coordinator at Wegmans Food Markets in 2003, where they led a team and helped pioneer corporate initiatives. Tom then worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at LASERMAX from 2011 to 2014, designing web, print, and UI designs that contributed to increased brand awareness and online sales. Tom also worked as a Senior Digital Design Supervisor at Frontier Communications from 2016 to 2022, focusing on UX/UI design and creative direction for digital platforms. Tom currently holds the position of Freelance Creative Director/Designer at 607creative since 2014. In addition, Tom has experience teaching workshops on Autodesk Maya at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010 and 2011. Tom recently joined RAPP as a Senior Art Director in 2022, responsible for overseeing email communications design and providing fresh and creative ideas to drive sales.

Tom Weaver completed their education with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Computer Graphics Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Graphic Media from the same institution. Tom also obtained a certification in User Experience (UX) from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2017.
