William Wills

William Wills is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as Engineer II at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative since August 2018, previously holding the title of Electrical Engineer I. Prior to this role, William spent nearly a decade at the University of Missouri, where responsibilities included setting up and maintaining performance equipment as an Events Assistant for MSA/GPC Tech and serving as Events Assistant/Stagehand for the Concert Series. William also completed a co-op internship at Hubbell Power Systems, focusing on the maintenance and upgrade of a product test lab. William holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
