Denise Tomm SHRM CP

Denise Tomm is a SHRM-CP certified professional with experience in human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Denise has held senior human resources leadership roles in Raptive, where they were responsible for managing employee relations and benefits, resolving conflicts, coordinating company-wide events, and managing receptionist duties. Prior to Raptive, they worked for iN DEMAND as a paralegal and executive assistant and as a receptionist and HR administrative assistant. Denise began their career with OSCOM as an assistant sales manager.

Denise Tomm, SHRM-CP earned their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Iona University from 2003 to 2007. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
