Ben Roberts

Ben Roberts began their professional career in 2014 as a 19D Calvary Scout with the Ohio National Guard. In 2015, they took a role as Supervisor with Complete Quality Cleaning LLC. In 2018, they held two internships, one as Sales Support Intern with Vector Solutions and the other as Sales Consultant (Technology Practicum) with ActiveWrite, Inc. Also in 2018, they took a role as Organizational Change Management Consultant (Health Care Practicum) with Ohio University Consulting. In 2019, they started with Lower as a Processor and eventually rose to the role of Processing Team Lead, where they managed teams up to 13 individuals, developed a Senior Level Position, revamped operations processes, developed a personal management playbook, restructured departments, and became an expert in agency regulations and documentation requirements. Ben also held roles as Lending Coordinator Team Lead, Lending Coordinator, Loan Advisor, and Loan Concierge. Finally, in 2022, they joined Raptor Technologies, LLC as a Professional Services Engineer.

Ben Roberts attended Anderson Highschool from 2010 to 2014. Ben then went on to Ohio University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business in 2019. In July of 2019, they obtained a SQL Fundamentals certification through SoloLearn. In May of 2022, they are expected to obtain an Agile and Scrum Fundamentals certification through Udemy.
