Naama Kalmar

Naama Kalmar is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition at Rapyd, a fintech company focused on enabling comprehensive payment solutions. Prior to joining Rapyd in November 2021, Naama held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Partner and HR at BioCatch, a digital identity company specializing in behavioral biometrics to enhance cybersecurity. With a technical recruitment background from Matrix and earlier experience at the Israel Ministry of Tourism, Naama possesses a strong foundation in recruitment and human resources. Academically, Naama holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Bar-Ilan University, a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Cognition and Brain from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Hunter College.
