Micheline Ip

Micheline Ip is a seasoned fashion design professional with extensive experience in design and brand development. Currently serving in sweater design and development at Raquel Allegra since December 2020, Micheline previously held the position of Creative Director of Design at Bailey 44 from September 2018 to March 2020. As a fashion design consultant from 2012 to September 2018, Micheline specialized in revitalizing and positioning product lines for various clients, including GFore by Mossimo Giannulli and Vince. Co-founding and directing creative endeavors at M.I.five between September 2014 and May 2016, Micheline also served as EVP of Women's Design at VINCE from 2002 to 2012 and held senior roles at other prominent fashion houses. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design, Micheline's background includes significant contributions to brands such as Laundry by Shelli Segal and Ralph Lauren.
