Catriona Morrison

Catriona Morrison is a Senior Developer at Rare Ltd since July 2023, with prior experience as a Software Engineer for the Editorial Design Team at The Guardian from December 2021 to July 2023. Catriona also worked at BBC News from August 2018 to December 2021 as a Software Engineer for Visual Journalism, focusing on creating engaging storytelling pieces using Three.js, incorporating animations and accessible features. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Software Engineer at BBC from September 2016 to August 2018 and as a Website Designer for On The Rocks - Scottish Student Arts Festival from September 2015 to May 2016. Catriona holds a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics from the University of St Andrews, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
