Renee Baiorunos

Renee Baiorunos is currently the VP, Chief of Staff at Rare. Prior to that, they were with Pomegranate Group and LeaderFit. Renee has also been a Faculty Member with Presidio Institute.

Renee has over 10 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. Renee is skilled in designing and delivering training programs, as well as facilitating group coaching sessions. Renee is also an expert in cross-sector leadership, having taught a course on the topic at Presidio Institute.

Throughout their career, Renee has helped individuals and organizations achieve their desired results by increasing their internal capacity and building strong teams. Renee is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and making a positive impact in the world.

Renee Baiorunos has a MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelors of Science from University of Florida.
