Charmaine Capuchino

Charmaine Capuchino is an experienced professional currently serving as a Supervising Office Associate at the University of the Philippines since 2019 and as Project Technical Staff III at the Commission On Higher Education since October 2015. Charmaine has a history of ensuring completed staff work for the Research, Development, and Innovation Director and has served in various capacities within the Commission, including Project Technical Staff II, focusing on the recruitment of scholars for the PCARI scholarship project. Additionally, Charmaine has been an English Tutor at RareJob Philippines Inc. since December 2009 and worked as a Marketing Data Analyst at Reed Elsevier Philippines from August 2014 to July 2015, where responsibilities included data management for marketing campaigns. Earlier experience includes a role as Logistics Management Officer for the Armed Forces of the Philippines from April 2013 to July 2014.
