Pete Sanchez (Pedro)

Pete "Pedro" Sanchez possesses extensive experience in the property management and maintenance sectors. Currently a Sales Associate at Rasa Floors since September 2013, Sanchez previously held key roles including Maintenance Supervisor at The CIM Group, where management of a service team on high-profile urban assets and expense control were central responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Maintenance at Gables Residential, Superintendent at Carrollton Properties, and Superintendent for Home Artisan Authority, where involvement in both residential and commercial remodeling was prominent.
