Abdelrahman Osama

Abdelrahman Osama has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and technical support. Abdelrahman began their career as a Trainee at Afro Engineering Ltd in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at MARAKEZ. Abdelrahman then joined HSBC in 2020 as an Information Technology Support Specialist. In 2021, Abdelrahman moved to Middle East for Investment & Touristic Development, where they worked as an Information Technology Support Engineer until 2023. Currently, they are serving as an IT Support Specialist at Rasan, starting from June 2023.

Abdelrahman Osama completed a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Benha University, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Pyramids Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology, from 2011 to 2016.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Certified Cyber Security Associate" from Palo Alto Networks in June 2020. Abdelrahman also holds a "CCNA 200-125" certification from Mega-Academy. Moreover, they have completed an Electronics course from Cairo University. Abdelrahman has also completed a General English Course A2D from The American University in Cairo and has acquired the ICDL certification from Compusoft Co. LTD. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification as a "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" from Microsoft. Lastly, they have completed a Mobile package (2G-3G-4G-DriveTest) from Mega-Academy.
