Abdurhman Aldawsari

Abdurhman Aldawsari's work experience includes a role as an Information Technology Engineer at Rasan starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at geidea as a Network Operations Center Engineer from February 2022 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, and servers in the network infrastructure. Abdurhman also created and managed trouble tickets for POS, SmartPOS, and SoftPOS and used monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Cacti, and Whatsup Gold for network monitoring.

Abdurhman Aldawsari completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. This education took place from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Diploma in Technical Support from the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Abdurhman Aldawsari has also obtained two additional certifications. In November 2020, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, in December 2021, they became a Certified Engineer through the Saudi Council of Engineers.
