Mery Aquina

Mery Aquina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management and customer experience. Currently serving as the VP of Growth at Rata.id since September 2019, Mery Aquina focuses on data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization while collaborating with various teams to optimize resources. Previously held roles at Erha Clinic Indonesia from April 2009 to September 2019 included Customer Experience Manager, Branch Clinic Manager, Unit Head of Customer Experience Management, and Branch Customer Care, where Mery Aquina successfully implemented service systems that ensured high-quality customer experiences and satisfaction. Mery Aquina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Mercubuana University and an Associate's degree in Energy Engineering from the State Polytechnic of Bandung.
