Achin Mathur has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Front Office Assistant at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts until 2007. Achin then joined Taj Hotels in 2010, initially as a Reservation Executive and later as an Assistant Manager Reservations from 2011 to 2012. At Taj Hotels, they developed and managed relationships with clients and travel business partners as a Reservation Manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to RateGain and began their tenure as an Associate Relationship Manager- Customer Success- Hospitality until 2017. Achin then progressed to the role of Relationship Manager- Customer Success- Hospitality from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Manager Customer Success at RateGain. Currently, they hold the position of Director- Customer Success at RateGain, which began in April 2021.
Achin Mathur completed a Management Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a PGDBA in Marketing Management from SCDL from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they hold various certifications such as Cybersecurity for Executives, Selling with Authenticity, Asking Great Sales Questions, Business Process Improvement, Change Management Tips for Leaders, Project Management Reinvented for Non-Project Managers, The Art of Leadership (getAbstract Summary), Leadership Mindsets, and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
