James Wong

James Wong has over 4 years of experience as a Director of Product/Senior Product Manager at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd., where they are responsible for delivering a stellar digital experience for customers in various product verticals such as Mortgages, Credit Cards, Personal Banking, and Investments. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager Insurance/Mastercard at President's Choice Financial from November 2017 to December 2019, and as a Manager - Capital Investments - FP&A from January 2015 to November 2017.

James Wong attended Queen's University from 2006 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Economics. James also obtained additional certifications, including the Loblaw Analytics Program from Queen's University in 2016 and the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2011.
