Soumya Basu has extensive experience in account management and operations, currently serving as Regional Account Manager at eRevMax since February 2014. Prior to this role, Soumya held the position of Assistant Manager Operations at IBM Global Process Services from May 2005 to February 2014, and worked as a Technical Support Specialist at EXL from June 2003 to April 2005. Soumya holds a C-PGDBA in Customer Relations Management from Symbiosis (2008-2010) and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Bangalore University (1998-2001).
