Nadine Dixon

Nadine Dixon has a diverse work experience in various communications and marketing roles. Nadine has worked as a Change Communications Lead at Rathbones Group Plc since 2023. Prior to this, Nadine served as the Head of Employee and Leadership Communications at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from 2021 to 2023. Nadine also held interim contract roles as a Communications Lead at Schroders in 2019, Aon in 2019, and Barclays in 2018. Nadine has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked as a Communications Lead at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2017 to 2018 and as an Internal Communications Business Lead at L&Q from 2015 to 2017. Nadine also worked as a Communications and Promotions Lead for the Mayor of London from 2014 to 2015. Before transitioning into communications roles, Nadine worked in marketing at Quilter Cheviot Ltd from 2006 to 2013 and at M&G Investments from 2003 to 2006.

Nadine Dixon has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Middlesex University. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree from London Metropolitan University, with a focus on the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
