Kilian Schuetz

Kilian Schuetz has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kilian started their career at Siemens in various finance positions from 1995 to 2002. Kilian then joined Siemens Real Estate as the Head of Finance and Controlling from 2002 to 2004, and later became the Head of Business Administration from 2002 to 2007. Kilian continued their career at Siemens GSS as the Head of Business Administration from 2007 to 2013. Kilian then worked as an Independent Consultant as a Management Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Kilian founded their own company, 3P Deutschland GmbH, in 2014 and served as the Founder and CEO. Their most recent role was at RATIONAL AG, where they held positions such as Internal Auditor from 2015 to 2016, Head of Internal Audit from 2017 to 2019, F&A Director Europe from 2019 to 2021, and Director Sales Cluster Eastern Europe from 2021 onwards.

Kilian Schuetz attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Betriebswirtschaft. Kilian completed their studies at the university and obtained a degree called Diplom Kaufmann.
