Etronnier Christophe

Etronnier Christophe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Président bénévole at Pass’Sport pour l’Emploi since January 2022, Etronnier has held the position of Directeur Habitat at RATP Habitat since May 2016. Previously, Etronnier worked at ICADE from October 2006 to April 2016, managing institutional client property services and overseeing a substantial team while focusing on profitability, risk management, and client advisement. Etronnier’s earlier roles include Directeur Foncière Commerces at SCiC patrimoine, where significant improvements in occupancy rates were achieved, and various management positions focused on property and asset management.
