Yvonne Yam

Yvonne Yam is an experienced project manager currently working at RATP Smart Systems since May 2017, responsible for managing projects related to the Paris ticketing system. Responsibilities include client needs analysis, study execution, commercial offer drafting, project steering, and contract management with Calypso Networks Association. Prior to this, Yvonne held the position of project manager at SFR from December 2009 to May 2017, overseeing the design of prepaid offers and managing a team responsible for the economic piloting and launch processes of mobile offers. Earlier roles at SFR involved leading high-availability applications and conducting impact studies for major system overhauls. Yvonne holds a degree from EPF Engineering School and has completed preparatory classes at Lycée Lavoisier and a scientific baccalaureate from Lycée Louis-le-Grand.
