Kathrin Lang possesses a comprehensive background in human resources and management, with experience spanning roles in recruitment, personnel marketing, and student management. Currently serving as an HR Trainee at RAPA Rausch & Pausch since March 2021, Kathrin focuses on the recruitment and active supervision of apprentices and students, alongside enhancing university and school partnerships. Previous positions include Personalreferentin at LAMILUX and RAPA Rausch & Pausch GmbH, where responsibilities included applicant management, onboarding, and participation in student fairs. Early career experiences in hospitality and event management provided a strong foundation in customer service and operational organization.
