Amanda Sikora

Amanda Sikora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal operations and logistics. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Rausch Sturm LLP since November 2022, Amanda has held various leadership roles within the firm since September 2010, including Vice President-Legal Logistics and Director of Litigation-Strategy. Prior to joining Rausch Sturm LLP, Amanda managed a file opening department at Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik from June 2008 to June 2010. Amanda holds two Bachelor's degrees from Winona State University, one in English with a Journalism minor and another in Communication.
