Rutger Dirks

Rutger Dirks is a Software Engineer at Raven Industries since March 2023, specializing in automation software for autonomous agriculture machines. Prior to this role, Rutger served as a Technical Assistant and Educational Consultant at TU Delft from July 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing online tooling for hybrid education and supporting lecturers with various digital platforms. Rutger has held leadership positions in study associations, including Board Member for Internal Affairs at Study Association Asimov and Secretary at SAVE, facilitating communication and community among students. Additionally, contributions to the establishment of the MSc Robotics program at TU Delft showcased a commitment to integrating societal responsibilities within technical education. Academic achievements include an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft and a minor in Security, Safety, and Justice from Leiden University.
