Jill Rossini

Jill Rossini serves as the Executive Director at Scout since April 2023, focusing on location decisions and municipal job creation. Concurrently, Jill is the Manager of Business Development at both Luci Creative and Ravenswood Studio, Inc., working on exhibit design and production. Previously, Jill founded and served as CEO of Conundrum Marketing Solutions, delivering strategic marketing solutions, and held the position of Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Palmer Printing. Experience also includes roles as an Attorney Adviser at Momentum Funding, Director of Sales at Oasis Legal Finance, Senior VP of Business Development at SS|PR, and various positions in broadcast media at Wells Rich Green and Campbell Mithun. Jill's education includes studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the FastTrac Planning Program at the Women’s Business Development Center Chicago.
